GLAM Survey of Collecting Policy & Practice:
Churchill Archives Centre, University of Cambridge

Churchill Archives Centre collects papers of prominent individuals active in the public life of the UK and beyond during the twentieth century, including politicians, service chiefs, diplomats and scientists, in line with the institution’s collecting policy. The ‘literary’ papers in the Centre’s holdings were generated by these individuals but were not the main focus of their activities. Typically they might include published or unpublished plays, poems and novels created by these individuals and often their partners.
